Industry influencers have always carried clout but never more so than in today’s world of socially adept analysts, journalists and bloggers. Just some of the many benefits that come with following these thought leaders include staying on top of industry research and trends, and gaining insight into competitor activities. If your company is able to go beyond this though and actually engage and build relationships with these influencers, the benefits can pay dividends.
In the world of HR, we’re in no short supply of industry experts to follow and engage with. Do this well, and over time these people may even become advocates for your brand, retweeting your company blogs and articles to their tens of thousands of followers, many of whom will be your target customers.

The below list provides a round up of some of the top analysts in HR Tech but is by no means exhaustive (I was spoiled for choice so keep your eyes peeled for a sequel blog in the coming months). Happy following!
